Welding Procedures

Each contractor is responsible to develop his own Welding Procedure Specification. Sometimes contractors need assistance to fulfill this requirement and Endalloy has a qualified experts staff to assist in developing WPS as well as to conduct the respective Procedure Qualification Record (PQR), following the most common construction codes such as ASME, API and AWS. Non conventional testing for special service welds are available, for example techniques to evaluate intergranular stress corrosion susceptibility and cracking susceptibility testing.

Welder performance qualification is also available and addressed trough mechanical destructive testing as well as NDT volumetric ultrasonic, Phased Array and TOFD examination.
